Safe House Property Consultants (SHPC) was formed in 1997 by Building Consultant Blair Moore. He set out to provide our clients with an independent, professional inspection service, that offers a prompt reliable response and informative and easy to understand reporting.
We believe that our report system is more comprehensive, and informative then our competitors and is constantly being upgraded as part of our ongoing development. Our online reports offer you the best service available.
We offer a wide range of inspection services in the property buying, selling and building process. The company does not offer inspections as a sideline or as a way to obtain work in other fields. Property inspections are the sole focus of the company. No repair work or termite treatments are performed by our company. Allowing us to remain unbiased and independent.
